A mere thought of forensic science creates a scene of experts working in the laboratory. However, it is only a part of the entire study.
Much more needs to be explored beyond the boundaries of laboratory testing.
To educate people on how vast the spread of forensics is, the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS) organized the 1st National Seminar on Forensic Science on the 6th and 7th of May, 2022.
The event marked the presence of many forensic experts from all over the nation, and I was privileged to be one of them.
I got an opportunity to share my thoughts on Exploring and Decoding Forensic Science Beyond the Laboratory with the attendees. Also, as a speaker, there was no limit to sharing my expertise and experiences.
Conducting such events regularly is a must to
educate youngsters about the vast scope this field offers, gain knowledge about
the current forensic science trends, and learn new concepts.
It was pleasant meeting fellow experts, and a
wholehearted thanks to Dr. Ankit Srivastava, Sir, for organizing a fantastic
knowledge-enhancing event and allowing all of us to gain new insights into
forensics.
